Standard Rooms

  • $685 per camper - 6 or less runners per school

  • $675 per camper - 6 or less runners per school with 2 or more siblings

  • $665 per camper - 7 or more runners per school

  • $655 per camper - 7 or more runners per school with 2 or more siblings

  • 2 people per room

  • Dorms are broken up by gender.

  • Campers in standard rooms have the option of designating one other camper to room with or can be placed with another camper if none is designated at the time of registration.

  • Every effort is made to group all athletes in attendance from a single school in close proximity in the dorms.

  • A standard room is located in one of the dorms on the EMU campus.

  • All standard rooms are air conditioned and have a common shared bathroom on that hallway.

  • Registration fees include lodging from Sunday evening through Friday morning, three meals each day at the school's cafeteria, transportation while at camp, and to/from all runs, speakers, and activities during the week.

  • Fees do not include purchases made at the camp store, Domino's pizza orders, or travel expenses to/from Harrisonburg.

  • If you are registering for a standard room, you are only responsible for paying a $100 deposit at the time of sign up.

  • Refunds, minus the $100 deposit, can be made until July 13, 2025. After this date, a refund will be given only with a doctor's note.

Team Suites

Extremely limited and will sell out fast!

  • $700 per camper - 6 or less runners per school

  • $690 per camper - 6 or less runners per school with 2 or more siblings

  • $680 per camper - 7 or more runners per school

  • $670 per camper - 7 or more runners per school with 2 or more siblings

  • 4 person suites

    • 8 male only suites​

    • 12 women only suites

  • 6 person suites

    • 4 male only suites​

  • Please note that team suites are not guaranteed until all campers in your suite have completed the registration form and paid their $100 deposit.

  • If the suites have sold out before every camper in your group has paid, the deposit will be applied to a standard room.

  • Suites are located throughout the EMU campus.

  • All suites are air conditioned and include a kitchen and private bathroom.

  • $360 per camper

  • $350 per camper with 2 or more siblings

  • Athletes in the Harrisonburg area may register as a day camper.

  • Registration fees include three meals a day, transportation to and from all runs, and all speakers and activities during the week.

  • Day campers must make their own travel arrangements to and from camp each day.

  • Lodging is not included in the cost of the day camper registration.

  • A $100 deposit is required at the time of registration.

  • Refunds, minus the $100 deposit, can be made until July 13, 2025. After this date, a refund will be given only with a doctor's note.
